| 中文摘要 | 熱電池具有高能量密度、高功率放電、長儲存壽期及造價昂貴等特點,降低成本一直為熱電池研發重點。本研究開發之電池縮尺試驗技術,期望做為新型熱電池設計時先期試驗,或定型產品之換料驗證時,可獲取配方組成與電性功能之關係,從而降低電池研製時間及成本。進而可做為熱電池之生產製程中品質監控,以確保製程一致性,藉以降低成品批量抽樣檢驗所存在之風險。 縮尺試驗技術採單元電池放電,具有易裝卸、材料可重複使用、適度保溫、適度氣密、組成緊密貼合、可量測內部溫度等特性。實際測試時,於負載4安培、截止電壓1.2伏特之放電條件下,測得單元電池之最高電壓在1.80~2.10V;有效放電時間在190~230秒;1.2V以上之有效放電能量在1150~1350焦耳之間。實驗證實縮尺試驗系統能更有效的獲取單元電池電化學能量,據以更確實的推估全電池總能量。此外,利用本技術放電時可進行單元內部溫度量測,進而可探討溫度對放電效率及可靠度的影響。 |
| 英文摘要 | Thermal batteries have long been used in defense applications, because of their high output power, superior stability in long-term storage, and so on. The main disadvantage of thermal battery is expensive; therefore how to make cost down is always a key issue. In this research, a miniature testing technique for the thermal battery has been developed. This paper shows that the miniature testing technique is cost-effectiveness in comparison with the full scale thermal battery test. The idea and the design of an easy assembled unit cell testing tool have been discussed. Unit cell of thermal battery was used to perform discharge test in certain condition, we found out that cut off time is about 190~230s and total energy is about 1150~1450 joules. Compare to conventional unit cell test method, our technique is more representative of a typical well insulated thermal battery. Through the result of many successful tests, the technique is proven to be feasible and useful. The technique is also performed to measure internal temperature of thermal battery to discuss the relationship between discharge time and cell temperature. |
