中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討學習傳統武術是否有助於提昇學童專注力。研究對象二十四位從未學習過傳統武術之學童,以隨機抽樣法分為實驗組與控制組各十二人後,在一個月內對實驗組密集實施六十堂傳統武術學習。研究先以「多向度注意力測驗」進行前後測量,顯著水準定在p < .05。再依學習專注力自我評估表、家長回饋單及訪談記錄,以瞭解學童與家長對學習效果的看法。研究發現:一、實驗組於學習後在「選擇注意力」上達顯著差異,且後測成績優於控制組;「分離性注意力」則未達顯著差異;至於「持續性注意力」在學習前即達顯著差異,但學習後反而未達顯著。二、實驗組於學習後,比較不受聲音干擾與周遭景物影響,且分心後較能再度專心。三、實驗組家長表示學童於學習後,在主動學習的意願和耐受度上均有明顯提昇。因此,學習傳統武術是否能夠提昇學童的專注力不能一概而論,關鍵在於課程內容與實施方式應依學習者的特質因材施教。 |
英文摘要 | This study was intended to show whether learning Chinese traditional martial art can enhance students’ concentration span in class. The subjects of the study were 24 fourth graders school children never learn traditional martial arts. The study implemented multi-dimensional attention text to measure the subjects’ attention span with the significance level P < .05. The researcher also attempted to gain both students’ and parents’ insight into Chinese traditional martial arts via the implementation of both the self-assessment chart of learning concentration and the feedback questionnaire from parents as well as the researcher’s observations and interview data. The results were as follows: (1) Experimental group in learning the “selective attention” significant differences, and the post-test scores than the control group; “divided attention” while no significant differences; as for the “sustained attention” to learn that significant differences before, but after learning but less than significant. (2) The experimental group considered that they would not be influenced by the noise and other distractions easily when learning and could better focus again after being distracted. (3) The parents of students in the experimental group pointed out the students’ free will and endure extent were significantly enhanced. Therefore, learning the traditional martial arts can enhance students focus on whether the force cannot be generalized, the key point is in curriculum content and implementation modalities should be teach students in accordance with their aptitude. |
