中文摘要 | 本研究目的為編製一份適合測量國內教練—選手關係的中文版工具。研究方法採問卷調查法進行研究,包含兩階段。第一階段以Jowett and Ntoumanis(2004)發展的教練-選手關係問卷23題版為藍本進行題目的編製,並以209名大專甲組的運動代表隊選手為研究對象,經受試者同意後,請選手填寫中文版教練-選手關係量表。蒐集的資料以探索性因素分析的來了解中文版教練-選手關係表的因素結構、題目的鑑別度與內部一致性。第二階段以不同樣本施測中文版教練-選手關係量表,以380名大專甲組的運動代表隊選手為研究對象。階段二蒐集的資料則以驗證性因素分析進行量表的信度及效度檢驗,包括建構信度、聚合效度以及區別效度。研究結果顯示:第一階段探索性因素分析共有三個因素,分別為親密性、承諾感、互補性,共計14題,累積總解釋變異量為73.76%,Cronbach's α值介於.87~.90。同時此量表的整體模式適配指標顯示該問卷具有良好的整體適配度、建構信度、聚合效度以及區別效度。本研究結論是中文版「教練-選手關係量表」具有良好的信度與效度,未來可運用本量表作為測量大專運動教練與選手關係的工具。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the present study was to develop a Chinese version of Coach-Athlete Inventory to measure the coach-athlete relationship. The study included two procedures. The procedure one was to develop inventory items based on 23-items coach-athlete questionnaire (Jowett & Ntoumanis, 2004). For procedure one, 209 athletes from collegiate team Divison I were participated. All participants were agreed to complete the Chinese version Coach-Athlete Inventory. The collected data was analyzed with exploratory factor analysis to test the factorial structure, item discrimination, and internal consistency of the inventory. The participants for procedure two were 380 athletes from collegiate team Divison I. The data was analyzed with confirmatory factor analysis to examine the reliability and validity of the inventory. The results of procedure one showed a three-factor Chinese version Coach-Athlete Inventory with 14 items, named closeness, commitment, and complementarily; the three constructs could account 73.76% of total explained variance, Cronbach's α of the constructs ranged from .87 ~ .90. Meanwhile, the index of overall model was found to be good overall fit, included construct reliability, convergent validity, and discriminate validity. Our findings concluded that the inventory had good reliability and validity, and the inventory can be used as a platform to measure the association between coach-athlete relationship. |
