中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在瞭解體育教學課程對大學生體適能的成效評估。以中部地區某科技大學101學年度入學969位新生為研究對象(男生377人,平均年齡18.89±0.78歲;女生592人,平均年齡18.86±0.73歲),體適能檢測項目有:坐姿體前彎、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠及男生1600公尺、女生800公尺跑走等,測驗所得資料以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,各項測量結果以平均值及標準差呈現。前後測結果以配對T檢定比較是否有顯著改變;不同BMI組別及不同學院之間以單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)進行比較,達顯著水準再進行Scheffe多重比較分析,顯著水準定為α=0.05。結果:一、男生組在柔軟度與心肺耐力跑走表現上達顯著差異;女生組在BMI、柔軟度、腹肌耐力與心肺耐力跑走表現上達顯著差異。二、不同BMI組別比較上,女生BMI過輕組與BMI標準兩組間有顯著差異。三、不同學院別比較上,男生組A學院與B學院在一分鐘區膝仰臥起坐比較上達顯著差異;女生組在腹肌耐力表現上無顯著差異,其他各項則是三所學院間互有顯著差異。結論:10週的體育課程教學能有效改善學生的體適能表現。建議應利用體育教學時間課堂上加強體適能的認知,強化正確的體適能觀念,培養規律的運動習慣,以期有效的提升學生體適能表現與水準。 |
英文摘要 | The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of physical education on physical fitness of undergraduates. Subjects (969 students; 377 males aged at 18.89±0.78, 592 female aged at 18.86±0.73) were derived from the students first enrolled in 2012 of a university located in the Central Taiwan. Fitness tests comprise sit and reach; 1 min sit-ups; standing long jump, 1600 meter run/walk (for males), and 800 meter run/walk (for females). Collected data were analyzed by SPSS for windows 18.0 software. Results were expressed as means ± S.D. Student t-test was used to evaluate the effect of physical education. Data were further analyzed by one-way ANOVA in which BMI (body mass index) or college was the classifying variable. Scheffe test was used for multiple comparisons and statistical results with P< 0.05 level was regarded as significantly different. Results suggested that physical education significantly affected flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance in males. In females, physical education significantly affected BMI, flexibility, ventral muscle endurance, and cardiorespiratory endurance. Low BMI and high BMI group differed significantly in females. Among students from different colleges, Males of A college had a significant performance of crunches than B college, but there were no difference in females between A and B college. Other physical fitness tests were not different among students from the 3 colleges. In conclusion, physical education for 10 weeks improves the physical fitness of undergraduates. As a result, the universities should inspire and educate students for the beneficial effect of physical fitness, and further train students for regular exercises to improve physical fitness performances. |
