中文摘要 | 專案管理是門實用的技術,以致於此技術在近幾年當中越來越盛行,而專案經理人在真實狀況中常常會面臨一些問題,那些問題是在於許多專案必須同時再進行,然而企業資源如營運資金、作業人員、機器設備……等卻是有限的情況,因此如何恰當地進行 資源的分配就是個重要的議題,本篇研究運用複合式的多評準決策模式去解決此問題,我們運用了決策實驗室分析法之技術系統化多重專案之決策並且得到其網路關聯結構圖,並且我們運用網路階層分析法去得到各評量準則之重要程度,最後我們運用多重專案管理系統化之決策模型去創造出企業競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | Project management is practical methods, so the methods will be continue to expand in recent years. And then the project manager sometimes have problem in real case. They usually execute many projects at the same time. However, the enterprise resource such as funds of operation, operator, machines et al., always have limit in enterprise. Hence, how correct allocate resource to suitable project is important issue. The paper use hybrid MCDM method to solve this problem. We use DEMATEL technology to build decision system of multiple projects, and then we can obtain NRM. Furthermore, we apply ANP technology to find out the important level of each evaluation criteria. Finally, we systematize decision model of multiple project management to create enterprise competitive advantage. |
