英文摘要 | This study presents a kind of solar dashboard pad with charge capability for 3C devices, which includes a pad unit, solar panels, a charge controller, rechargeable battery, and USB connectors. The pad unit of this device is used to reduce windshield haze caused by gasses emitted from the dashboard, and can protect the dashboard from sun damages. The solar panels produce power by photoelectric effect, it can supply the main power and also the backup power. The charge controller prevents overcharging and may prevent against overvoltage, which may also prevent deep discharging a battery and ensures that the battery does not discharge into the solar panels at night. The rechargeable battery can be stored power in the day time and power supply in the night. The USB connectors are used in a bus for power supply between battery and 3C devices. According to the outcome of experiment, this innovation can last more than 4.8 hrs and 9 hrs for driving recorder and GPS device, respectively, under the sunlight. |
