英文摘要 | To maintain the growth and competition of 3C products in Taiwan, the best solution is to build up manufacturing capability of imported parts. As a result the research and application on advanced forming processes as well as mold and die manufacturing techno-logy are the key points. The future development trend for mold and die includes: the enhancement on CAD/CAE function about design and analysis for mold and die, application on high speed milling and micro-machining technology of mold and die manufacturing, development on cold forming progressive die, deep drawing high speed transfer die and super precision progressive die, development on super precision thin injection mold for plastic mold, development on high quality die dasting and semi-solid injection mold for die casting mold as well as development on net-shape precision forging die, counter-pressure forming die and hydrosatic extrusion die. |
