| 中文摘要 | 本文使用機制設計理論發展一個國防專利授權的理論模型,主要包括一個二階段的決策行動賽局以及授權人可以同時獲得固定的權利金和依產品數量固定抽取的授權金,但此權利金必需由授權人參與後續保養、維修作業,即授權人也必需付出一定的成本。結果顯示當以本文的模型進行國防專利的授權時,授權人願意授權的產品數量和被授權人在專利技術轉移過程中願意投入的成本和依產品數量固定抽取的授權金成正相關,如此將可提升授權人對國防科技專利授權的意願。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper developed a theoretical model of the national defense patent licensing by using the mechanism design theory. The model includes a game which has a two-stage decision-making action. The authorized person can get the royalty and the license according to the number of products, but this premium required by the authorized to participate in follow-up R&D and maintenance operations. And the authorized person is also required to pay a certain cost. The results show the quantity of the products which the authorized person be willing to authorize is according to the license and the cost which the buyer be willing to invest in the patent technology transfer process. So the model will be available to enhance the inventor to authorize their national defense patents. |
