中文摘要 | 從發酵水蜜桃中,篩選酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)。以0、5.3×10^3、5.3×10^5及5.3×10^7 cfu/kg添加於飼料中餵飼南美白蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei),經0、7、14和28天,評估其總血球、酚氧化酵素活性、超氧離子含量、超氧歧化酵素、以及對溶藻弧菌感染之吞噬、清除能力、感受性。結果顯示,南美白蝦餵飼添加酵母菌5.3×10^5及5.3×10^7 cfu/kg之飼料,明顯提升其酚氧化酵素活性、超氧陰離子以及吞噬、清除能力及對溶藻弧菌感染之存活率。以酵母菌添加飼料濃度5.3 × 10^5及5.3 × 10^7 cfu/kg可誘發免疫調節,增強免疫能力並增強南美白蝦對溶藻弧菌感染之抵抗力。 |
英文摘要 | Saccharomyces cerevisiae was isolated from fermented peaches. The total haemocyte counts, phenoloxidase (PO) activity, respiratory bursts, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and phagocytic activity and clearance efficiency to Vibrio alginolyticus of Litopenaeus vannamei, and its susceptibility to V. alginolyticus were evaluated when the shrimp were fed diets containing different concentration of S. cerevisiae at 0 (control), 5.3 × 10^3, 5.3 ×10^5 and 5.3 ×10^7 cfu/kg diet for 0, 7, 14 and 28 days. The results indicated that PO activity, phagocytic activity, clearance efficiency, and the survival rate after challenging with V. alginolyticus all increased significantly when the shrimp were fed diet containing S. cerevisiae at 5.3 × 10^5 and 5.3 × 10^7 cfu/kg diet. It was concluded that administration of S. cerevisiae in the diet at 5.3 × 10^5 and 5.3 × 10^7 cfu/kg diet induced immune modulation and enhanced the immune ability of L. vannamei, and increased resistance to V. alginolyticus infection. |
