中文摘要 | 為使大學教育在「專業化」的潮流中,能培育學識統整、知行博雅的學生,因此, 國內自1984年開始推展「通識教育」。經歷十餘年的觀摩、探討,各類通識教育(如人文 、法政、科技...)均有初步的基礎。 由於「法政類通識」的範圍不易界定,故本文將其區分為狹義、廣義、最廣義,而以廣義的定 義為探討對象。其次,各大學的規劃及實施情形也有極大差異,有法學院、社會科學院相關系 所的學校,開課的資源和條件較充裕;反之,缺乏相關系所的學校則由通識中心(共同學科) 及外聘兼任教師來負責。 本文根據國內數所公、私立大學的資料,比較及分析了法政類通識課程在(一)教師方面、 (二)學生方面、(三)上課情形、(四)教學評量的表現,並提出若干檢討與建議。 |
英文摘要 | In the trend toward specialization, to assist institutional education to nurture the students with integrated knowledge and gracious character, it is since 1984 that general education has been started developing in the nation. Through ten more years of emulation and exploration, general education diverse as humanities, law and politics, science and so on has gradually had preliminary foundation. Due to the difficulty in defining the field of "general education of law and politics", this paper thus divides it into narrow definition, broad definition and the broadest definition, and takes the broad definition as the object of study here. Furthermore, the planning and practicing condition of each university has been found great divergent. Those universities with colleges of law or sociology, or with the correlated departments and institutes have more ample resources and conditions for operating such curricula than those without the correlated departments and institutes, which, whereas, hold the center for general education or part-time teachers for it. This paper, according to the information provided by several public or private universities nationally, makes a comparison and analysis on several aspects in the General Education Curricula of Law and Politics as 1. faculty, 2.students, 3.class condition, 4.the present status of teaching evaluation, as well as goes on some review and suggestions. |
