中文摘要 | 本文旨在瞭解阻力訓練對第二型糖尿病血液生理的影響為何,以文獻探討方式進行分析研究。糖尿病對患者帶來最大的影響是糖尿病所造成的大、小血管併發症與其他慢性併發症,過去已有研究指出積極地降低血糖能減少大血管併發症的產生,但卻發生死亡率提升的憾事,目前死亡率提升在醫學上還尚未能很明白的清楚原因,但能確定的是在這過程中為能降低血糖,患者則必須服用多種藥物或增加藥物劑量。過去實證研究已證實透過阻力訓練增加肌肉量有助於第二型糖尿病患降低胰島素濃度與胰島素阻抗,並且能增進胰島素敏感度,因而能夠減少第二型糖尿病患的心血管疾病危險因子。鑒於運動能助於第二型糖尿病改善血糖,本文將探討過去有關第二型糖尿病與阻力訓練相關之文獻,進而分析阻力訓練介入對血液生理之影響,可提供第二型糖尿病患者各種不同運動處方與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this writing is to comprehend what the influences of resistance training are on blood-biochemical profiles of Type II diabetes by utilizing literature review to proceed analyses and investigation. The greatest impact of diabetes on patients is to cause the complications of micro-vascular and macro-vascular diseases and other chronic diseases. In the past studies, it indicates that intensive blood-glucose control is able to reduce the occurrence of micro-vascular and macro-vascular diseases' complications; but it is unfortunately going to increase mortality rate. In the present day, the raise of death rate has not been clearly understood in the medical field; however, it has been confirmed that patients can lower their blood-glucose level during the process by taking more kinds of medicines or increasing dosage. The past empirical experiments and observations have proved that it is beneficial to patients of Type II diabetes to lower insulin concentration and insulin resistance by an increase of muscle mass through resistance training. In addition, muscle mass can improve insulin sensitivity, which is able to reduce the risk factors of getting coronary diseases for patients of Type II diabetes. Because exercise is able to improve blood-glucose levels of Type II diabetes's patients, this writing is going to discuss the past nearly ten (10) years' articles associated with Type II diabetes and resistance training, and then analyze the influence of resistance training intervention on blood-biochemical profiles in order to provide various exercise prescriptions and recommendations to patients of Type II diabetes. |
