中文摘要 | 糖尿病是一種慢性代謝異常的疾病,它可透過飲食、運動及藥物三種療法加以治療與控制。運動是治療的一環,如何針對不同程度的糖尿病患者實施各種治療,配合運動處方的設計是非常重要的。實施運動對糖尿病患者而言,必須要有專業人員按其病情加以指導。因此,在運動項目以有氧性及肌力性的運動為主,運動時間以30~60分鐘,運動強度以VO₂max40~60%的強度為佳,運動頻率最好每天實施較佳,如無法每天時,至少3~4天/週亦可,根據上述要素加以設計且採漸進式的方式來實施,預防疾病的惡化,以達運動療法的效果。 |
英文摘要 | Diabetes Mellitus can be controlled and cured in the following ways including: (1) diet (2) exercise (3) medication. The most important course of treatment is exercise. Different kinds of Diabetes Mellitus patients require different manners of treatment. The design of the exercise program must be adjusted to suit individual requirements. When we implement an exercise program for the Diabetes Mellitus patient, we consult with an exercise professional to assist the patient. Therefore, The exercise program we choose aerobics and muscle strength. It has to take 30-60 minutes of exercise is required each day and the intensity level is VO2max 40-60%. If they cannnot exercise every day, 3-4 days each week is recommended. A well-designed and implemented exercise program can prevent a worsening of the illness and also provides a curative effect. |
