中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是探討服務品質對遊客重遊意願之影響。從遊客行前期望著手、探討遊客實際體驗設施、環境、服務人員之服務態度等滿意情形,調查是否會影響其重遊意願以及購後行為意圖,其結果當作日後業者改進重要依據。在服務品質與重遊意願方面:本研究發現服務人員清潔衛生、遭遇問題時會熱心幫忙、遊客需幫忙時態度親切有禮、服務過程有效率之滿意情形與重遊意願有正向相關性。在實際體驗與重遊意願方面:本研究發現居住地不同與重遊意願有正向相關性。無論是那一種類型遊憩區,遊客重遊意願與滿意度間的關係是明顯存在,遊客遊憩滿意度與重遊意願間有正向相關,因此,遊客可能對於遊憩體驗感到滿意而產生下次重遊意願。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of factors for E-Da Theme Park traveling. Three factors included Expectance, Experience and Behavior Intention were conducted to this study, also investigated whether three factors would enhance the visitors' satisfaction while visiting to E-Da Theme Park. The 400 volunteers were selected form E-Da Theme Park in this study and took part in questionnaire investigation. Research questionnaires were analyzed using Frequency, factors, Amose, Multiple regression and One-way ANOVA.The findings of this study implied that it was so convenience to enjoy in any facilities for travelling to E--DA Theme park. Satisfactory experience will be a intervene factor between expectance and behavior intention. The finding also showed that Personnel Sanitary, Personnel enthusiasm and Efficiency for Service were thought to the most important concerns for visitors traveling to E-Da Theme Park. Those factors were resulted in traveler's satisfaction and repetition. As for the relationship between Experience and Repetition, both were highly influenced by sex, education, residence, company and frequency. |
