中文摘要 | 摘要 鐵(Fe)、鋅(Zn)、銅(Cu)、錳(Mn)、鈣(Ca)、磷(P)、鎂(Mg)及鉀(K)等礦物元素對人體健 康具有重要功能,本研究為探討米粒中這些礦物元素含量的遺傳特性,以兩個雜交組合 Hoshiyutaka × FKR19 及Aromatic Lemont × TCS10 的F2 世代進行試驗,利用感應耦合電 漿光譜儀(ICP-AES)測定上述8 個礦物元素在糙米粒中的含量,並調查米粒的長、寬、厚、形 狀及百粒重等性狀。結果發現F2 雜交後代的8 個元素含量皆具有超越兩親的分離,顯示雜交後 代具選拔豐富礦物成分的潛力。各性狀F1 世代與其親本及F2 世代之間平均值比較,Fe、Zn 及 Cu 含量等性狀有顯著的正雜種優勢,Zn 含量有超顯性表現,Cu 及Ca 含量為部分顯性。Fe、 Zn、Mn 及Ca 等4 個元素含量在兩個組合中均具有相當高的遺傳率(0.65-0.92),雜交育種可在 早期世代進行選拔。大多數礦物元素含量相互之間具有顯著正相關,Zn 含量與米粒厚度間具 有正相關,百粒重與Cu、K 含量之間呈負相關關係。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT Mineral elements of iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), magnesium (Mg) and potassium (K) are important to human being. Two F2 populations of Hoshiyutaka × FKR19 and Aromatic Lemont × TCS10 were conducted to study the genetic variation of mineral element contents in rice (Oryza sativa L.). The results showed that the distributions of eight mineral element contents in the F2 populations exceeded the performances of their parents. It existed the possibility for selecting the offspring with abundant of mineral nutrients from the F2 populations. In the comparisons between the means of F1, their parents and F2 generations, positive heterosis was significant for Fe, Zn and Cu contents. Meanwhile, over-dominance was found in Zn content, partial dominance in Cu and Mn contents. The high heritability in the contents of Fe, Zn, Mn and Ca suggested that selections may be carried out in early generations. There were significant correlations between most of mineral contents; moreover, Zn content had positive associations with other mineral elements. The relationships among mineral contents and grain traits showed that rice thickness had positive relationship with Zn content, while 100-grain weight had negative relationships with Cu and K contents. |
