| 中文摘要 | 本計劃探討以奇美塑膠料PC/ABS 合膠,編號345和385當作射出塑膠料,探討 無機薄膜(Inorganic Film Coating , IFC)應用於塑膠射出模具之性能提升;如:表面 品質(粗糙度,鍍層厚度),熱傳導係數,耐磨耗測試,拉伸強度測試,流長比測 試,耐腐蝕測試(電化學),光澤度測試。因薄膜分子會充填於模具表面凹凸不平 的地方,使模具表面較平坦進而增進熔膠之流動性,在表面粗糙度、熱傳導性能、 耐磨耗能力、耐腐蝕能力方面有6種鍍膜可比較。結果顯示,鍍膜在各個方面;如: 耐腐蝕,流長比,抗拉強度,光澤度,表面粗糙度都比沒有鍍膜表現來的好,因 而可提高成型品之品質且提高模具之壽命。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study investigated the effects of inorganic film coating (IFC) on the properties of surface quality, heat conductivity, wear resistance, tensile strength, flow length ratio, anti-corrosion, and gloss of injection molded parts. The materials used were PC/ABS 345 and 385. The coating on the mold can improve the part’s surface roughness and protect it from corrosion. Therefore, the coating can prolong the life of the mold. The results show that injection molded parts from the IFC-coated mold have better properties than those from the non- IFC-coated mold. |
