中文摘要 | 消失模型鑄造法屬於特殊之鑄造法,而在此鑄造法中,塗模劑的各項性質(透氣性、沾附性、龜裂性、耐沖蝕性、起泡性、沉降性),對鑄件表面品質有重大的影響。因此本研究之目的在探討添加分散用及消泡用界面活性劑至塗模劑中後其對於塗模劑的各種性質與鑄件表面品質之影響。本研究的第一部分利用無添加界面活性劑之塗模劑(Type1)進行各種性質(透氣性、沾附性、龜裂性、耐沖蝕性、起泡性、沉降性)之試驗並作為往後實驗之比較依據。第二部分是在塗模劑中加入不同比例之分散用界面活性劑(0.5%、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%,Type2~7)並探討添加分散用界面活性劑後對塗模劑各項性質之影響。第三部分是將分散用界面活性劑之添加量固定為1%,再分別加入不同比例之消泡用界面活性劑(0.01%、0.02%、0.03%,Type8~10),亦探討隨著消泡用界面活性劑添加量不同,對塗模劑各種性質之影響。第四部份為將上述三種類型之塗模劑進行實際之澆鑄,然後探討塗模劑類型對於鋁合金鑄件表面品質之影響。實驗結果顯示,塗模劑中加入分散用界面活性劑後,與未添加界面活性劑之塗模劑比較時,其沉降性、透氣性相對較好,但龜裂性、耐沖蝕性、沾附性、起泡性則並無影響。當固定分散劑之添加量(1%)然後再加入消泡用界面活性劑時,隨著消泡用界面活性劑添加量增多,經與無添加界面活性劑之塗模劑(Type1)比較得知,其透氣性、耐沖蝕性、沉降性、鑄件表面品質,都有較好之表現;而再與僅添加分散用界面活性劑之塗模劑(Type2~7)比較得知,其龜裂性、耐沖蝕性、沾附性、起泡性、鑄件表面品質都有優良之表面。因此綜合以上結果顯示,同時添加消泡用(0.03%)及分散用(1%)界面活性劑之塗模劑(Type10)為最優良之塗模劑。 |
英文摘要 | In the Evaporative Pattern Casting (EPC) process, the coating properties (permeability, adhesive property, crack resistance, erosion resistance, foaming property, and settlement property), have a significant affect on casting surface quality. The objective of this research is to investigate the relations of the coating properties with casting surface quality by adding dispersion agent and surfactant to the coating.Firstly, we used the coating without surfactant addition (Type1) to investigate the various properties (permeability, adhesive property, crack resistance, erosion resistance, foaming property, and settlement property). This set was treated as the reference for comparison. Secondly, adding different percentage of dispersion-use surfactant (0.5%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%), (Type2~7) to the coating, we investigated their effect on the coating properties. Thirdly, we use a fixed percentage of dispersion-use surfactants (1%) with different proportions of deforming use surfactants (0.01%, 0.02%, 0.03%), (Type8~10), and also investigate their effect on the coating properties. Finally, we ran the pouring test to find the effect of coating types on the surface quality of aluminum alloy casting.The experiment results show that coatings with dispersion-use surfactant show better settlement property and permeability compared to the coatings without surfactant, but they have the same level of crack resistance、erosion resistance、adhesive property, foaming property. Coatings with fixed (1%) dispersion-use surfactant taking with different defoaming-use surfactant were used to compare with coating without surfactant (Type1). Increasing the defoaming-use surfactant enhanced the permeability、erosion resistance、settlement property、surface quality. Moreover, when comparing with the coatings only with dispersion-use surfactant (Type2~7), the erosion resistance、adhesive property、foaming property、surface quality were improved. Therefore, the experiment results show that, coating (Type10) with defoaming-use surfactant (0.03%) and dispersion-use surfactant (1%) is the best choice from the study. |
