中文摘要 | 擴大內需產業以解決經濟危機,已成為各國政府重要的經濟政策。而內需產業的擴張,其中又以觀光旅遊產業為重。對觀光旅遊產業而言,如何聘僱到優秀的管理人才,而這些管理人才又需具備哪些核心職能,遂成重要的課題。本研究透過問卷調查法,探索觀光飯店業中階主管核心職能項目認知的差異性。研究發現:企業管理階層核心職能對工作績效有顯著影響。本研究結果顯示企業管理階層核心職能對工作績效具有正向且顯著的相關性。就中階主管所需具備的核心職能項目,中階主管所強調的核心職能構面為:知識與技術、動機、特質、自我概念。中階主管之知識與技術構面所側重的核心職能顯然具有較高的抽象性,也較能適用於其他產業,如「分析能力」、「財務/會計能力」、「創意/企畫能力」、「專業/知識能力」與「危機處理能力」等。 |
英文摘要 | In order to solve the economic crisis, various governments have implemented a series of policies to revitalize its domestic economy, of which the development of tourism industry has been the major one in particular. For the tourism industry, to recruits the management personnel with competences has always been the important task. By deploying the questionnaire method, the study explores the cognitive differences on the required competences for the mid-management staffs between the mid-management level. The research reveals that there are significant difference and influence of management core competence to performance.for the mid-management level, management ability, communication ability, innovation/ marketing ability, profession/ knowledge ability and crisis management ability constitute the core competences. |
