中文摘要 | BIM(Building Information Modeling)係將工程設計作業直接以數位3D資訊模型表現, 包括建物尺寸、立體構造、材質、數量、專業分析資訊及相關工程建造等各種工程設計資 訊。3D BIM資訊模型除可隨時提供使用並持續於工程生命週期中各階段加值使用維護外, 同時亦可提供虛擬實境模擬等方式,輔助設計工程師及施作人員減少設計錯誤,介面協調等 作業,達到分享經驗等效益。 本局經綜合評估現有國內外BIM實務運用、國內專業廠商技術能力、本局資訊作業環境 及本局業務運作等各方面因素,訂定本局建築資訊模型(BIM)建置規定,並奉准將BIM技術 導入本局設計及施工作業階段,將建置規定等納入爾後本局設計及施工標契約中遵循使用, 同時自捷運萬大線細部設計作業開始導入施行。 本局導入BIM技術,期望以3D BIM數位設計方法,有效整合捷運建設生命週期內設 計、施工、營運之專業知識,增進知識管理及各階段專業資訊加值,提昇本局捷運建設之品 質與作業效能,持續打造世界一流的臺北捷運系統。 |
英文摘要 | Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the direct presentation of engineering design work through 3D information models, including building size, three-dimensional structures, material quality, quantity, specialized analysis information, related project construction and so on. The resulting 3D building information models not only provide shared knowledge resources for continual use and maintenance during the construction life cycle from earliest conceptual stages through design and construction, they also assist design engineers and construction teams by providing virtual reality simulations so as to reduce design mistakes and interface coordination, achieving benefits such as sharing experience. Having gone through an overall assessment of domestic and international BIM practices, specialized manufacturers’ technical ability, and internal IT environment and operation processes, DORTS established BIM-associated regulations and was approved to introduce BIM and apply those regulations through the design and construction stages of the future Taipei MRT construction. BIM is to be applied for the first time to the detailed design work of the Wanda line. DORTS introduced BIM based on 3D design concepts to effectively integrate professional knowledge of MRT construction life cycle including design, construction, and operations, improve knowledge management, update professional information at each construction stage, and enhance construction quality and work efficiency, so as to build a world-class MRT system. |
