英文摘要 | In recent years, micelle technology has drawn much attention and been applied to various industries. Both solid nano-lipid (SLNs) and nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) consist of lipid colloidal structure and are very compatible with human body. This study employs sonication method, high-speed homogenization/ultrasound method, and high-pressure homogenization method to prepare solid nano-lipid (SLNs) and nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs). This study also assesses and analyzes distribution of particle size and stability of each prescription by coordinating various lipid and surfactant. |
