中文摘要 | 覆滅螨(formetanate)為氨基甲酸鹽類的殺蟲劑,常用於防治螨類害蟲。本研究選定杭菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat)鮮花和乾花當作試驗材料,採用QuEChERS 樣品製備方法與高效液相層析儀(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC) 連接三重四極桿串聯質譜儀 (triple quadrupole mass) 建立杭菊中覆滅螨農藥殘留分析技術。結果顯示,杭菊之鮮花及乾花檢量線之線性確定係數R^2均大於0.995,杭菊鮮花及乾花最低偵測極限(limits of detection, LOD)皆為0.0025 mg/kg,最低定量極限(limits ofquantification, LOQ)在杭菊鮮花及乾花分別為0.005 mg/kg及0.01 mg/kg。杭菊鮮花分別添加覆滅螨0.005~0.1 mg/kg,平均回收率為79.78%~81.65%,相對標準偏差(RSD)為0.35%~3.77%。杭菊乾花分別添加覆滅螨0.01~0.5 mg/kg平均回收率為70%~92.6%,RSD為 0.95%~14.64%。顯示本研究所建立之分析方法,可應用於國內外杭菊產銷之監測檢驗。 |
英文摘要 | Formetanate is acaricide of carbamate and commonly used to control mites. This study evaluated the sample preparation method (QuEChERS) with HPLC/MS/MS to analysis the formetanate residue in fresh and dry chrysanthemum flowers. The results showed that the linear relationships in fresh and dried flower of chrysanthemum were observed with the determination coefficients R^2 > 0.995. The limits of detection (LOD) of fresh and dried flowers were 0.0025 mg/kg, while the limits of quantification (LOQ) of fresh flowers and dried flowers were 0.005 mg/kg and 0.01 mg/kg, respectively. Recovery test for formetanate in fresh and dry chrysanthemum flower spiked five spiking levels from 0.005 to 0.1 mg/kg and 0.01 to 0.5 mg/kg, respectively. Average recoveries and relative standard deviation (RSD) in fresh chrysanthemum flower were at the range of 79.78% ~ 81.65% and 0.35% ~ 3.77%. The average recoveries and RSD were at the range of 70% ~ 92.6% and 0.95% ~ 14.64%, which was similar in dry chrysanthemum flowers. The use of QuEChERS with HPLC/MS/MS shows a great potential for rapid and efficient analysis of formetanate residues in chrysanthemum flowers. |
