中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討國中體育教師知覺組織公平與工作投入之現況,以及國中體育教師知覺組織公平對於其工作投入之預測力。本研究以自編問卷為研究工具,並以宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、台東縣之體育教師為研究對象,共發出研究問卷 185份,回收有效問卷 118份,有效問卷回收率為 63.78%,所得資料經統計分析後發現,國中體育教師對於組織公平之知覺屬於中等程度,服務年資為 21年以上之體育教師,在組織公平中的程序公平構面之知覺程度顯著高於年資為 6-10與 5年以下之體育教師;而服務於小型學校( 12班以下)之體育教師,對於整體組織公平以及組織公平各構面之知覺程度均顯著高於服務於大型學校( 38班以上)之體育教師。而國中體育教師之工作投入屬於中上程度,男性體育教師在整體工作投入以及工作投入之工作專注、工作認同、工作評價等構面之得分均顯著高於女性;年資為 21年以上之體育教師,在工作認同與工作樂趣構面之投入程度均顯著高於年資為 6-10年與 5年以下之體育教師。而則國中體育教師所知覺之組織公平與工作投入有顯著正相關,且國中體育教師所知覺之組織公平對於其工作投入具有預測力。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation of PE teachers’ perception of organizational justice and work involvement, and the predictive power of PE teachers’ perception of organizational justice on their work involvement. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher based upon the literature review and documentary analyses. There were 185 PE teachers selected in junior high schools in Yilan, Hualien and Taitung, with the return of 118 questionnaires. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 63.78% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The results showed that: 1. The PE teachers' perception of organizational justice was at middle level. 2. The PE teachers' work involvement was at upper middle level. 3.Seniority and school scale can influence PE teachers' perception of organizational justice. 4. Gender and seniority can influence PE teachers' work involvement. 5. There was a significant positive relationship between PE teachers’ organizational justice and work involvement. 6. PE teachers' perception of organizational justice had significant predictability on their work involvement. |
