中文摘要 | 本研究建立以薄層層析法(thin-layer chromatography, TLC)及紅外線光譜分析法(infrared spectrophotometry, IR)以鑑別脫毛劑(松脂或石蠟)與瀝青的差異。TLC片上瀝青之極性相較於松脂和石蠟來的小,於薄層板上移動距離相對較遠,Rf值相對較大;樹脂含羧酸片段,分子極性相對較大,因此在薄層板上的移動位置較近,Rf值相對較小。IR圖譜中因松脂具有松脂酸,在1700 cm^(-1)有C=O官能基的強吸收,瀝青未具有明顯的C=O吸收,只約在1630cm^(-1)左右有中等程度的C=C吸收。樣品(加熱後)分別在300-1400 cm^(-1)的指紋區與1700 cm^(-1)吸收與松脂無太大差異,瀝青則在此特殊指紋區具有不同強度的吸收峰型。綜合以上結果,可知送驗樣品與松脂相同,非為瀝青。故可利用薄膜層析法(TLC)、紅外線光譜儀(IR)進行鑑別試驗,辨別脫毛劑(松脂或石蠟)與瀝青。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and infrared spectrophotometry (IR), were used to distinguish asphalt and depilatories. The chromatography spectra of rosin, paraffin and asphalt were established to analyze the unknown samples. The results showed that the Rf value of asphalt compared to those of the rosin and paraffin on the TLC plate was relatively large, due to the polarity of asphalt. From IR spectrum, the unknown samples in the 300-1400 cm^(-1) fingerprint region were not much different from the rosin, but were different from those of asphalt. Based on the above results, the Rf value on the TLC and IR spectrum of the unknown samples could be used to distinguish whether the sample is belong to rosin or asphalt. |
