中文摘要 | 油品或油品清潔劑儲存過程中不慎洩/滲漏,不僅直接造成投資或經營管理者財務上的損失,惡性蓄意傾倒棄置油品或其清潔廢液更是造成公眾鉅大的隱性負擔,甚而導致工業安全、健康衛生、自然景觀、生態資源、或環境保護等方面之危害。油料或其清潔產品多屬於NAPL性質,而其中比水重非水相液體(Dense Non-Aqeous Phase Liquid, DNAPL)污染,易因其物化性質特殊,再加上污染場址之地質不均質性與不確定性,使得整治工作相形困難。若可以環境法醫之系統性調查方法判定污染物來源、洩漏時間、分佈範圍以及潛在責任團體,對於降低調查、整治成本與進行妥適之整治規畫將有很大的助益。本文即以台灣南部某公告控制場址之地下環境特徵作為研究模擬之背景,運用GMS 7.1(Code: Modflow 2000 & MT3DMS)電腦數值模式作為研究工具,彙整水文、地質、污染監測資料及相關參數,模擬DNAPLs物質於土壤地下水中可能之傳輸情形,並以場區實測之污染濃度進行濃度比例法與莫耳分率法分析,追蹤該污染控制場址可能之污染源頭與其排放歷程。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, the soil and groundwater contamination problems have raised great concern in Taiwan. The spill of hydrocarbons from gasoline station or industrial plant is a major issue to the groundwater. By having a clear understanding of pollutant transport in groundwater will be useful to not only reduce the investigation and remediation costs, but also the planning of remediation. However, contaminant migration can be widely spread in subsurface by advection and diffusion. The subsurface migration of non-aqueous phase liquids (NAPLs) is influenced by, among other factors, geological heterogeneity, relative permeability and capillary pressure.In this study, numerical simulation with the software GMS 7.1 (included Modflow 2000 & MT3DMS) has been carried out to understand contaminant transport in the subsurface and to trace the sources of pollution and the emission process.The DNAPL site in south of Taiwan was chosen as the case study. To identify the pollution source and contaminant history on the simulation site, we have analyzed in-situ measurements of pollutant concentration by mole fraction and concentration ratio method. The overall objective of this case study is to provide some information to those that have work related to soil and groundwater contamination. We suggest that pipeline projects should come up with an effective plan for groundwater environmental monitoring, in order to provide references to institute relative countermeasure to prevent and control the groundwater pollution. |
