中文摘要 | 韋伯(Max Weber)理想型官僚制度是一個價值中立的概念,雖然由於其既指涉理論上的概念,又反映現實生活的經驗,因此受到兩極化的評價,在組織理論上獨霸典範的地位也有所鬆動,但是其心智建構的組織制度建築,仍將深遠影響當代及未來的組織設計。本文為爬梳廓清思考,爰從探討Weber理想型官僚制度產生之各項因素著手,以討論理想型官僚制度之反省檢討結尾,及省思若干對中國的批評,認為組織結構與組織理論,並沒有百代顛撲不破的絕對理論或結構存在,而是必須以生態的觀點去觀察、理解、構想,以建構一種與國情民性相契合,且能夠適應組織變遷的組織結構。 |
英文摘要 | The Weber’s ideal type of bureaucracy is a value-neutral concept. Although it only refers to the concept in theory and reflects the experience in real life, the appraisal is polarization. Its dominant status in organization theory is loosing, but the organization institution constructed by him will affect organization theory contemporary and future. This article explores the causes and discusses the reflections of ideal bureaucracy. It argues there is no one best way in organization theory. On the contrary, It is necessary, in ecology perspective, to construct an organization structure that could match the nation and adapts organization change. |
