中文摘要 | 本研究主要是將回收自砷化鎵之粗鎵進行精煉提純,以增加廢棄砷化鎵之經濟價值,間接提高砷化鎵之回收再利用率,達到減廢及環境保護之目的。本研究所使用原料鎵的純度為99%(2N),透過超音波化學萃取法(supersonic chemical extraction)、電解精煉法(electrorefine)、部分結晶法(partial crystallization)及熱處理(thermal treatment)進行純化,使最終鎵的純度達到99.999%(5N)。利用硝酸、硫酸及鹽酸進行超音波化學萃取,皆能有效除去鎵中的雜質,鎵的損耗依序為硝酸>硫酸>鹽酸。樣品經電解精煉後雜質濃度降到32.1 ppm,鎵的純度已達到4N7,且除了砷之外,其餘雜質的濃度皆已降到4 ppm以下。純度4N7的鎵以部分結晶法進行純化,可以讓砷的濃度降到13.1 ppm,且其他雜質濃度皆降到2 ppm或以下。最後在氦氣的氛圍下進行高溫純化,可以讓砷的濃度降到0.05 ppm以下且鎵的純度達到5N5。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is mainly to refine Gallium which is recycled from Gallium Arsenide in order to increase its economic value. That will increase Gallium Arsenide recycling and achieve the aims of reducing waste and environmental protection. In this study we use 99% Gallium (2N) to purify by means of supersonic chemical extraction, electrorefine, partial crystallization and thermal treatment in order to get 99.999% (5N) Gallium. The use of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrochloric acid to proceed supersonic chemical extraction can eliminate impurities of Gallium. The loss rate of Gallium was nitric acid (the most), sulfuric acid (the second), and hydrochloric acid (the least) separately. The impurity concentration of the sample was down to 32.1 ppm. The purification of Gallium had reached to 4N7, and the rest of impurity concentration had lowered beneath 4 ppm except arsenide. We used 4N7 Gallium to proceed purification by means of partial crystallization. This way could lower the concentration of Arsenide to 13.1 ppm, and other impurity concentration beneath 2ppm . At last, the proceeding of high temperature purification with helium can lower the concentration of Arsenide beneath 0.05 ppm and Gallium is purified to 5N5. |
