中文摘要 | 對新產品的開發,常需要順向工程與逆向工程的方法互相配合完成,而逆向工程的量測分為接觸式及非接觸式。接觸式掃描速度慢、精度較高、只能量測硬工件;非接觸式掃描速度快、精度較低、可量測軟工件,但有工件反光等限制,接觸式及非接觸式掃描量測各有其優缺點。 本文配合本校的設備,在僅具三軸量測及四軸數控加工機械的條件下,將針對不易用三軸掃描方式建立的複雜多曲面如螺旋槳葉片等,依據曲面的特性,進行特徵點及定位點的量測。利用多種曲線與曲面嵌合方法,對幾種常用複雜多曲面的NURBS表示方法進行討論,同時推導NURBS曲面的反算算法,重建產生複雜多曲面。依據產品需要及複雜多曲面特性進行修正,並分析曲面特性,需依據曲面不同的曲面曲率特性採取不同的加工方式。本文設計產生多軸加工複雜多曲面的程式,可提高精度並可提高效率。 |
英文摘要 | When developing a new product, the help of forward engineering and reverse engineering are necessary. Furthur more, reverse engineering can be calssified as touching-type and non-touching-type. Touching-type has high accuracy, but it has low scanning speed and it can only be used to measure hard workpiece. Non-touching-type has high scanning speed and low accuracy, and it can be use to measure soft workpiece. However, non-touching-type has certain limitation in the reflecting light of workpiece. In short, touching-type and non-touching-type have their own advantages and disadvantages. This paper operates in school with four-axis NC machine and three-axis scanner. We are directed against the complicated multi-surfaces with not easy scanning of three-axis scanner, such as propeller blades and so on. This paper will be in accordance with characteristics of the complicated multi-surfaces for proceeding with measurement of characteristics points and fixes position points. Using several curve fitting and surface fitting methods for several complicated multi-surfaces in common use. Several common complicated multi-surfaces represented by NURBS are given and then curve and surface interpolation algorithm represented by NURBS are presented. The reconstruction and modification of complicated multi-surfaces are in accordance with demand of products and analyzing characteristics of the complicated multi-surfaces. This paper provides theoretical foundation for NC machining programming of complicated multi-surfaces. This paper will improve precision and efficiency for machining. |
