| 英文摘要 | CPC naphtha-A Cracking Plant launched for 4 months in February of 2007. There was a pressure difference rising problem in the cooling box of cracking tower (D-1301A/B). If it were not treated properly, that would cause Fourth Naphtha Cracking Unit shut down. RMRI adsorbent group carried out the molecule sieve performance assess, the molecule sieve regeneration condition search, the pipeline plugging materials analysis, finding the reason and solving the problems described above, then proposed some suggestions as follows:1. Testing the sample of newly purchased molecule sieve to ensure it performs properly.2. The compressor outlet pressure rising problem was caused by moisture content but molecule sieve power by increasing the number of washing times (dissolve out 87% moisture content and a little of the powder) with methanol.3. The dew point analyzes and crosses tests to confirm analyzing accuracy.4. The reason of performance test failure is the dew point unqualified but quality of newly purchased molecule sieve.5. The regenerated condition curve is proposed to improve the operating conditions and make solutions.6. Assess the performance of aged molecule sieve to judge the reason of dew point unqualified problem. |
