中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討瑜伽對青少女原發性痛經程度、經期生理不適症狀及幸福感之影響。以59位(平均年齡19.1±0.9 歲)半年內有三次以上痛經與經期生理不適情形之二專女學生為研究對象。其中26名未進行瑜伽運動者為控制組,實驗組33名以每週2次每次60分鐘瑜伽運動課程介入,為期12週。實驗前、後以疼痛視覺類比量表、經期生理不適量表、與幸福感量表檢測,藉以評估瑜伽介入對原發性痛經青少女痛經程度、經期生理不適症狀及幸福感之效益。以t考驗分析本研究結果得知:瑜伽運動介入後對於青少女之原發性痛經程度與經期生理不適症狀有顯著改善的情形(p < .05)、對幸福感程度亦具有顯著性正向提升效果(p<.05)。所得結果除有助於對痛經程度、不適症狀及幸福感之瞭解, 並對未來研究方向提出重要的應用與建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of yoga on the pain level of primary dysmenorrhea, menstrual distress symptoms and well-being in adolescents. The research was implemented in 59 college females (aged19.1±0.9) whom have been suffered three or more times dysmenorrhea and menstrual distress experiment in past half year. 59 subjects were separated to two groups: control group, 23 subjects, has not to be offered any physical exercise. The experimental group, 36 samples, bring into the yoga program. The period of yoga program was taking total 12 weeks, and 60 minutes per time. Prior and after 12 weeks of yoga program, our subjects completed the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), the Menstrual Distress Questionnaires (MDQ) and the Well–Being Questionnaires. The t test was used for analysis of the data. Our findings indicate that yoga exercise program positively influence primary dysmesorrhea, menstrual distress symptoms and well-being. According to the results of the study has enhanced the understanding of yoga on the pain level of primary dysmenorrhea, menstrual distress symptoms and well-being in adolescents. Moreover, there are some important implications regarding the applications of yoga and the direction of the future study. |
