| 中文摘要 | 民眾至醫院就診除了領取健保給付的處方藥品外,也可能會購買健保不給付醫療用品、藥物、婦嬰用品、醫療器材及保健食品等。如何滿足此多樣化需求,是相當重要的議題。本研究目的為探討某署立醫院設立四家不同類型藥局,在此種創新的「策略聯盟」模式下,病患對藥事服務的滿意度及調劑行為與服務滿意度的差異性。以橫斷式結構問卷調查236位至該醫院就診的患者,結果發現民眾對醫院內各藥局,在各構面的滿意度平均值均大於3.73(滿分5),在藥事服務滿意度之差異性方面,性別、年齡、教育程度及全家每月所得有顯著差異。在調劑行為的差異性方面,性別、教育程度、職業、全家每月所得及初/複診都有顯著性的差異。本研究的建議此創新的「策略聯盟」模式,可滿足消費者一次購足的需求,增進醫院藥事服務的滿意度,適宜推廣至其他醫療機構。 |
| 英文摘要 | People may take prescription drugs and buy some medical supplies, OTC drugs, maternal and infant supplies, medical equipment, health food, etc when they go to hospital. How to satisfy the variety of needs is an important issue. The purpose of this study is to investigating an innovative strategic alliance among four different types of pharmacies in a DOH hospital. The cross-sectional structural questionnaire survey was taken among 236 patients in the hospital. The results showed that the average satisfaction score of each dimension was all above 3.73 (full score 5.00). Personal factors including gender, age, education, and income are significant different among pharmaceutical service satisfaction. And gender, education, profession, income, and newly/referral are significant different among regulating behavior. The suggestion of this study is to point out the innovative "strategic alliance" model can meet customer demand of one-stop shopping and enhance pharmaceutical services satisfaction of hospital. The model is capable of being adaptable for other medical institutions. |
