中文摘要 | 摘 要 921 集集大地震後,災區部份橋樑斷裂,造成交通嚴重中斷;為迅速恢復交通,土堤便道因應 而生;最早完工通車者為東勢鎮石圍橋土堤便道,通車時曾獲災區居民肯定。但在次年豪雨期間, 土堤便道在護坡開裂後即持續呈現不穩定現象。 本文依據石圍橋土堤便道相關設計條件,藉由有限元素法進行流水作用下土堤便道行為之模 擬分析,進而探討護坡開裂對土堤便道穩定性之影響。研究結果顯示:(1)本文採用的有限元素模 擬分析方法能夠掌握土堤便道在水壓力及滲流力作用下之實際行為;(2)護坡開裂為土堤便道不穩 定之關鍵因素;(3)土堤便道之局部不穩定現象加劇護坡開裂範圍之擴大,進而危害土堤便道之安 全。 |
英文摘要 | ABSTRACT After the attacking of 921 Chi-Chi Earthquake, failures of bridges happened in the disaster area had serious broken down traffic conditions. For quickly recover such conditions, embankment sidewalks were then provided. The first one finished and opened to vehicular traffic was the bridge Shiwei. Its contributions were highly recognized at that time by all the residents of the disaster area. However, during the period of a torrential rain happened next year, instability conditions appeared after occurring fracturing of protected slope for the embankment sidewalk. Based on the related design conditions for the bridge Shiwei, a finite element simulation for the behavior of the embankment sidewalk under the action of flowing water is presented in this paper. Thereafter, influence of fracturing of protected slope on the stability of a embankment sidewalk is investigated. Results of this research indicates that (1) the finite element scheme adopted in this papercan capture the actual behavior of a embankment sidewalk under the action of water pressures and seepage forces; (2) fracturing of sloe is the key factor for the instability of a embankment sidewalk; (3) the occurring of a local instability of a embankment sidewalk can enlarge the area of fracture of protected slope such that the safety of the embankment sidewalk will be endangered. |
