中文摘要 | 人口老化的現象造成了社會服務支出增加以及扶養比加重。政府現正積極推廣「在地老化」政策,本研究以高雄市翠華社區-銀髮家園為例,運用體驗行銷手法,以感官(sense)、情感(feel)、思考(think)、行動(act)與關聯(relate)作為服務體驗之基礎,對居住於銀髮家園中的10 位長輩進行深度訪談,以瞭解高齡者的照顧服務感受。本研究利用紮根理論分析高齡者的服務體驗,結果顯示出長輩對此五大服務體驗構面均有相當高的滿意度。透過本研究針對高齡者在地老化服務體驗的分析結果,希望有效助於政府推動整合性照顧並落實「在地老化」之願景。 |
英文摘要 | The phenomenon of Aging population has increased the social service expenses as well as the dependency ratio. The government right now positively promotes the policy of ”aging in place”. This study took the Kaohsiung Cueihua Community - Elderly Homeland as the example and adopted the experiential marketing concepts including Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate to interview 10 elders living in the Elderly Homeland and understand the care service experiences for elderly. This study used Grounded Theory to analyze the service experiences for elderly. The results showed that the elderly got high satisfaction on 5 service experiences. Through the discussion of aging in place service experience for elderly which could help the government to promote integrated care effectively and carry out the vision of ”aging in place” early. |
