中文摘要 | 隨著知識經濟時代的來臨,不僅企業已逐漸體認所謂持續性競爭優勢,已不再只是依靠有形的土地、勞力與資本,而是要靠智慧與創新等無形的知識資本與管理,甚至學術界、各級學校和政府單位,也感受到知識管理的趨勢與因應之必要,故為了達成知識管理的目的,透過資訊科技與資訊系統或作業系統的開發與創新管理乃應運而生,且占了非常重要的地位。 中等學校辦理比賽與運動會各項賽事,長久以來體育行政管理作業存在人為的缺失,本研究收集整理相關資料且以省立員林家商體育組長利用資訊科技導入、使知識管理和創新資訊管理系統整合,所開發並在十三所中等學校與兩所大學分享使用的「運動會行政管理資訊系統」為研究標的,探討解決長久以來學校體育行政上辦理運動會的繁瑣作業與壓力,並協助提升學校體育行政與辦理運動會的效率。 本研究透過「方法目的鏈」與階梯訪談方法,對「運動會行政管理資訊系統」的使用者進行深度訪談與資料分析,釐清系統的屬性、結果與價值的連結關係,並建構該行政管理資訊系統的使用者知覺價值圖,以提供開發者對系統的修正與改進的參考。從使用者知覺價值圖中得知中等學校使用者對「運動會行政管理資訊系統」的使用評價相當高,期望本系統能改善與轉變體育行政的管理風格,且帶動學校運動會行政管理效能的提升,並塑造優質的知識共享的文化,促使體育老師成為知識工作與創造者,進而提升學校體育的「生命力」與「競爭力」。 |
英文摘要 | Along with era of knowledge economy oncoming, not only the enterprise has realized the so-called endurance competitive advantage gradually, no longer is only the dependence visible land, the labor force and the capital, but is must depend on the wisdom and the innovation and so on invisible knowledge capital and the management, even academic circle, all levels of schools and government unit, also feels the knowledge management the tendency with in accordance to it necessity, therefore to achieve the knowledge management the goal, is arises at the historic moment by the information science and technology and the information system or the work system's development and the innovation management, and has occupied the very important status. This research reorganizes in the related Middle school sports administration, for long handles the competition and the games each sports event's work flaw, and the example lifts the provincially established forest field of quotients to sport group leader to induct using the information science and technology causes the knowledge management and the innovation information management system conformity, develops “the games administration information system”, solves for long in the school sports administration, handles each competition and the games each sports event's work flaw, simultaneously unifies the knowledge management and the innovation information system administration assists to promote the school sports administration and the administrative support teaching efficiency. Finally, and penetrates by the steps of “Means-end chains” and ladders interview method carries on the interview investigation and the material analysis to this set of games administration information system's user, system's attribute, the consequence and the value links the relations, understood that this administration information science and technology system's user hierarchical value map(HVM), provides the system exploiter to system's revision and the improvement reference, expected that this system can improve and transform the sports administration's management style, and leads the school games administration potency the promotion, and create high quality knowledge sharing the culture, urges sports teacher to become the knowledge to work with the inventor, then promotes the school sports “the vitality” and “Competitive power” . |
