中文摘要 | 教學歷程是一種在動態且交錯複雜環境下進行的活動,在教學情境下,教師是使教學活動是否能順利進行的主導者。基於理解及詮釋教師專業知識的轉化將有助於實務教學之探究,本研究試圖達成分析技術學院英語教師專業知識轉化之教學型態及其發展。故本研究以焦點團體訪談、教室觀察、文件分析及刺激回憶法總共四種方式來蒐集資料。研究結果顯示個案教師英語專業知識轉化之過程,著重學習情境的營造,運用實物的引導及提供有意義之情境進行教學。另外,以引導帶動學習及建構同儕團體學習,建構互動性學習的教學型態,採用多元的評量方式作為依歸。以學習者為中心的教學實踐,實為個案教師建構教學的核心思考及依據,其教學的展現為其將所持理論實踐化之結果,亦說明其專業知識具有實踐性的特質。 |
英文摘要 | The process of teaching is a dynamic activity under a complex teaching environment. Teachers play a critical role during learning activities. The understanding and interpretation of the transformation of teachers’ knowledge would be helpful for the practical teaching for teachers. This study is an analysis of the teaching types of the transformation and development of professional knowledge for a college-level English teacher. Four research methods were used, including focus group interviews, classroom observations, document analyses, stimulated recall to collect the data and to make the subject teacher’s professional knowledge explicit. According to the results, the transformation process of professional knowledge of subject teacher focused on the creation of a learning scenario. The subject teacher employed the physical content teaching with the scenario context to provide a meaningful scenario. Meanwhile, the teaching methods of lead-and-learn, the interactive learning of peer groups and the multi-evaluation were constructed. The learner-centered teaching method was the core of the teaching construct of the subject teacher. The concrete expression of her teaching was the result of the fulfillment of her theory, which explained the characteristics of the fulfillment of theory for professional knowledge. |
