中文摘要 | 公路防災資訊系統係為交通部公路總局執行公路防災預警機制之輔助工具。公路 防災資訊系統區分為公路防救災資訊系統及公路防災雲資訊服務網,前者係屬前端資 料庫,後者則徧重於圖形(含GIS)展示,然後者亦可將前者之資訊以GIS圖形化顯示, 故兩者雖扮演不同角色,卻可將資訊以GIS單層或疊層方式共展,如此可運用於相關 防災警戒點判釋及防災預警之研判。 公路防救災資訊系統係為公路防救災資料庫之建立,包含應變小組動員整備資 訊、災情及預警性封路訊息通報及統計資訊、預警性燈號警示功能及基本資料維護 等模組。另防災雲資訊服務網除具原公路防救災GIS決策支援系統「山」、「水」、 「路」、「橋」、「人」及「災」六大面向基礎圖資外,尚考量防災應變之節奏,區 分為之預判、部署、預警、應變之模組,以因應防災階段性作為需掌握之資訊。上述 公路防救災資訊系統及公路防災雲資訊服務網雖分屬2套系統,惟已整合由公路防災 資訊系統擔任統一入口網站,爰公路防災預警資訊即可透過公路防災資訊系統,同時 建置相關公路災害通阻資訊亦可廣覽及比對多方面圖資,獲得相關防災預警資訊,實 在為執行防災預警機制之一大輔助利器。 |
英文摘要 | Highway Disaster Prevention Information System is the early warning handling tool of mechanism. The Information System divides into the Highway Disaster Information System and Highway providing Disaster Prevention Cloud Service Net. Highway Disaster Information System is the database to save much information from disaster of the highway. Then Highway providing Disaster Prevention Cloud Service Net is the GIS figure to show the information from more information than Highway Disaster Information System .Although the two system have different role,can apply to relevant to show with GIS map. It is the setting-up the database to include the disaster information of the highway, reorganize information of emergency group, and prewarning system in the Highway Disaster Information System. The Highway providing Disaster Prevention Cloud Service Net has six models. They are‘ the mountain‘,‘water‘,‘the way‘,‘the bridge‘,‘people‘and‘the disaster‘.All information is used to the six models in the Highway providing Disaster Prevention Cloud Service Net. And the six models is showed with GIS map. Although the above-mentioned system belong two systems respectively, only combining with Highway providing Disaster Prevention Cloud Service Net. It can show the picture in many aspects, and can set-up database in the same system at the same time. |
