中文摘要 | 本研究採量化研究的問卷調查法,研究對象為西元2009年完成照顧服務員訓練且經屏東縣政府發給結業證書者共446人,以量化研究之郵寄問卷方式全面寄發,實際回收91份,有效問卷為86份。經資料蒐集整理後分析,得到結論如下:1. 照顧服務員以女性居多,年齡以40歲以上之中高齡居多,教育程度以高中職佔多數。2. 照顧服務員的個人特質對工作環境、社會印象並無影響。3. 照顧服務員肯定專業證照是具有「社會地位」的社會印象,但照顧服務員取得專業證照比例仍偏低。4. 參加照顧服務員訓練的主因在就業需要,其次為學習一技之長。5. 照顧服務員需要社會支持依序為家人、所屬的機構或組織以及同事。6. 照顧服務員多數認為薪資不穩定、薪資需增加、工作易有職業傷害、排班時間不穩定。根據研究發現及結論,提出制度面與實務面的建議,即強化照顧服務訓練及學校系所專業課程以培育人才,建立照顧服務員的專業認證與分級制度,保障照顧服務員的勞動權益,並在長期照護保險納入照顧服務給付建立發展機制。 |
英文摘要 | This study method is quantitative method, and the researcher mailed 446 research questionnaire to whom completed the training of care servicers and be given certificates by Ping Tung County Government in 2009. Returned number is 91, and 86 of them were valid. The results follow: 1. Care servicers were mainly female, aged above 40, and high school education; 2. Care servicers' traits had no effect on working environments and social images; 3. Participants took the professional certificate positive view toward the social status in social image, although the percentage of licensed care servicers is low; 4. Participants who took part in training due to the need of employment, and second is to learn a technique. 5. Care servicers needed the support from their family, organizations or institutions, and colleagues. 6. Major participants thought their job was salary instability, need to increase wages, work easily with occupational injury, and instability of scheduling time.According to previous results and findings, the researcher gave suggestions on aspects of system and practice: strengthen the training of care service and school curriculum to educate students; establish professional certification of care servicers and classification system; protect labor rights of care servicers, and care services for long-term care insurance into the payment mechanism for the establishment of development. |
