中文摘要 | 本研究建立Ti-6AI-4V生醫植入體表面處理技術開發進行探討,實驗藉由改變磨料粒徑、噴射距離、噴射壓力、床台轉速、噴射時間等參數,探討Ti-6Al-4V生醫植入體表面處理粗糙度改善效果,而植入體粗糙度為本實驗之評量指標,研究對象為Ti-6Al-4V生醫植入體,加工方式為磨料噴射,本研究導入田口方法分析選擇6種磨料噴射參數,由實驗結果顯示根據實驗因子與參數組合其最佳參數為使用的#80氧化鋁(Al2O3)磨料、噴射距離40mm、噴射壓力4kg/cm2、平台移動距離135 mm/s、床台轉速公轉7rpm(自轉24rpm)、噴射時間6 min。由此可知,以田口法執行參數設計,可以達到所預估之粗糙度範園。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, Ti-6A I-4V biomedical implant surface treatment technology development to explore, experiment by change the abrasive particle size, spray distance, spray pressure, the bed platform speed, injection timing and other parameters to explore the Ti-6AI-4V Healthmedical implant surface treatment roughness improvement effect, and the roughness of the implant-based experimental assessment indicators, the object of study for the Ti-6AI-4V biomedical implants, processing methods for abrasive jet import Taguchi methodanalysis to select the six kind s of abrasive jet parameters, experimental results show that the # 80 alumina (Al2O3) based on the experimental factors and the combination of parameters best parameters for the use of abrasives, spray distance of 40mm, injection pressure 4kg/cm^2, platform moving distance of 135 mm/s, The bed, platform speed revolution rpm for 7 (rotation of 24 rpm), injection time of 6min. Therefore, parameter design, the Taguchi method to estimate the roughness range. |
