中文摘要 | 種傳植物病原菌可為由種子攜帶進行長距離傳播而侵入非疫區或造成病害嚴重發生。尖鐮胞菌(Fusarium oxysporum)引起的作物萎凋病為世界上極難防治的病害之一,目前已超過20種尖鐮胞菌生理分化型經證實可藉由種子攜帶而傳播,但目前尖鐮胞菌侵入種子的機制研究甚少,在病害防治上可應用於處理帶尖鐮胞菌種子的滅菌技術也極少研究人員探討。未來針對重要種傳萎凋病害進行其病原菌生態行為研究及種子滅菌處理技術開發,將有助於提高此類病害的防治效果。 |
英文摘要 | Seed-borne pathogens could enter into disease-free areas through long-distance movement with seeds. These diseases may be lead to bursting out severely in some area. Fusarium wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum, is one of the most difficultly controlled diseases around the world. More than twenty formae speciales of seed-bome F. oxysporum have been reported so far. The research related on the mechanism of seed infection and on the development of seed disinfectant techniques, was rarely studied. For controlling the seed-borne Fusarium wilt, the studies on the ecology of seed-borne F. oxysporum and on the development of seed treatments will be necessary in the future. |
