英文摘要 | This study examines soft power of the military educational institutes, to include cultural, strategic, leadership, cognitive, marketing and innovative powers. Managing these soft powers is a significant work, critical step, and an indispensible asset of schools. To effectively build soft power for the school, the first concrete step is to develop its core value, build excellent organizational cultural and atmosphere, create learning school, form quality school leadership, highlight knowledge management, and encourage changes, innovations and flexible school marketing strategy, so as to make sure a more forward looking, sustainable, adaptive, and responsive educational environment and requirements. |
