| 中文摘要 | 本研究以芭菲爾鞋蘭屬三個種Paphiopedilum rothschildianum、Paphiopedilum callosum及Paphiopedilum tranlienianum為植物材料,檢測不同葉位、葉片之不同取樣點及根部,與花器官的苞葉、花梗、側瓣、上萼瓣、袋瓣、下萼瓣、子房、花粉塊、假雄蕊及柱頭的δ(上標 13)C值。結果顯示芭菲爾鞋蘭P. rothschildianum、P. callosum及P. tranlienianum不同葉位、葉片之不同取樣點、不同葉面取樣點及根部,其δ(上標 13)C值介於-27.77□~-23.36□之間;花器官組織δ(上標 13)C值介於-27.84□~-22.02□之間,另以相同方法檢測51種芭菲爾鞋蘭葉片,其δ(上標 13)C值均介於-30.67□~-22.28□之間。由結果顯示,供試芭菲爾鞋蘭的δ(上標 13)C值異於C4型植物(甘蔗、莧菜、高梁)與CAM型植物(紅龍果、石斛蘭、鳳梨、仙人掌及石蓮),而與C3型植物(青江菜、萬年青、虎頭蘭)相似。 |
| 英文摘要 | The carbon isotope method was utilized to analyze different plant portions (leaf position, leaf site, root, bract, pedicel, petal, dorsal sepal, lip, lateral sepal, ovary, pollinia, staminode and stigma) and identify the photosynthetic pathways of Paphiopedilum rothschildianum , Paphiopedilum callosum and Paphiopedilum tranlienianum in this study. Theδ^13 C values vary from -27.77□ to -23.36□ for different leaf positions, leaf sites and root samples and from -27.84□ to -22.02□ for flower organ samples. A total range ofδ^13 C values from -30.67□ to -22.28□ was recognized for the leaves from fifty-one Paphiopedilum species. Theδ^13 C values of Paphiopedilum are distinguishable from that of the C4 plant (Saccharum officinarum L., Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench and Amarantus tricolor L.) and CAM plant (Hylocereus polyrhizus Britton & Rose, Dendrobium phalaenopsis Fitzg., Ananas comosus L., Opuntia dillenii Haw. and Graptopetalum paraguayense E. Walther) and can be classified as C3 plant (Brassica chinensis L., Dracaena sanderiana cv. ”Virens” and Cymbidium grandiflorum Rehb. f.). |
