中文摘要 | 本研究以芭菲爾鞋蘭屬(Paphiopedilum)斑葉種為供試材料,利用穩定碳同位素比值(δ^13C),量測芭菲爾鞋蘭屬植物斑葉種不同葉面取樣點及不同栽培介質植株與不同發育年齡葉片δ^13C值。結果顯示芭菲爾鞋蘭屬Paphiopedilum concolor、Paphiopedilum niveum、Paphiopedilum callosum、Paphiopedilum callosum fma. vinicolor及Paphiopedilum purpuratum葉片不同位置取樣點,其δ^13C值均介於千分之-28.46~千分之-21.29之間。不同發育年齡的小苗、中苗及大苗δ^13C值介於千分之-28.41~千分之-21.20之間,瓶苗δ^13C值則介於千分之-19.98~千分之-17.71之間。由結果顯示,芭菲爾鞋蘭屬植物的固碳路徑在自然栽培下為C3型植物,而瓶苗階段的植株,則可能是C3路徑或CAM路徑。P. concolor、P. callosum及P. niveum三個種在不同栽培介質之植株葉片穩定碳同位素δ^13C值,介於千分之-26.72~千分之-21.19之間,但種類不同在不同栽培介質下,其δ^13C值的變化幅度較大。所以,不同環境栽培下δ^13C值的變化差異,可做為植物對環境適應能力的篩選指標。 |
英文摘要 | The values of δ^13C in leaves of some variegated leaf Paphiopedilum species were detected in different sampling points as well as in different growing media and developmental stages in this study. Results showed that the δ^13C values varied from -28.46 per mil to -21.29 per mil for different leaf sampling points of Paphiopedilum concolor, Paphiopedilum callosum, Paphiopedilum niveum, Paphiopedilum callosum fma. vinicolor and Paphiopedilum purpuratum. A total range of δ^13C values from -28.41 per mil to -21.20 per mil were recognized for the different developmental stages of seedling, media and mature plants. But the δ^13C values of these three species were from -19.98 per mil to -17.71 per mil for their flask plantlet. The results suggested that the photosynthetic carbon fixation of Paphiopedilum is supposed to be a C3 pathway ex vitro, but for that of Paphiopedilum plantlet is possibly a C3 or CAM pathway in vitro. The δ13C values of leaves varied from -26.72 per mil to -21.19 per mil for P. concolor, P. callosum and P. niveum grown in different media. There existed varied range of δ^13C value in different media and between species. Thus, the magnitude of δ^13C value change corresponding to different environments could be used as a selecting indicator to the environmental adaptability of crop cultivars. |
