中文摘要 | 背景:目前已有許多文獻證實,靜態伸展會對爆發力運動表現造成負面影響,因此學者建議以動態伸展取代靜態伸展,然而,大部分的文獻並未針對動態伸展的定義設計動作,因此許多比較兩者對於爆發力運動表現影響的文獻出現了不同的研究結果。本研究利用垂直跳作為爆發力運動表現的代表,針對動態伸展的定義設計伸展動作並再次比較兩者對於垂直跳運動表現的影響。研究目的:比較熱身後介入四種不同的伸展模式對於垂直跳運動表現的影響。方法:受試者為一般大學生32名,將其隨機分為四組,分別為不伸展(NS)、靜態伸展(SS)、動態伸展(DS)、先靜態伸展再做動態伸展(SS+DS)。本研究以垂直跳作為爆發力運動表現的代表,並採蹲踞跳(Squatjump;SJ)與下蹲跳(Countermovement;CMJ)兩種跳法,利用Kistler單軸測力板測量成績。受試者進行10分鐘熱身後,立即進行前測,前測後介入伸展,伸展完立即進行後測。結果與結論:SS組兩種垂直跳的後測成績都顯著的下降(p<.05);DS組及SS+DS組,兩種垂直跳的後測成績都顯著的進步(p<.05)。DS組及SS+DS組的蹲踞跳成績進步的情形顯著優於SS組後(p<.05);DS組及SS+DS組的下蹲跳成績進步的情形顯著優於SS組及NS組(p<.05)。因此,根據研究結果,介入靜態伸展後垂直跳成績明顯下降,但介入動態伸展後的成績則明顯的上升。 |
英文摘要 | Background: The fact that power performance decreases after static stretch had been proved and dynamic stretch were be recommended in many researches. However, dynamic stretch was not designed according to its definition in most researches. Therefore, different study results appeared in these researches. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to reinvestigate differences in vertical jump performance following static stretch and dynamic stretch. Methods: Thirty-two college students were randomly assigned to four groups; (i)no stretch group (NS), (ii)static stretch group (SS), (iii)dynamic stretch group (DS), (iv)static stretch plus dynamic stretch group (SS+DS). Vertical jump performances was measured by Kistler force platform. All subjects performed a 10-min warm up, followed by pre-test. The post-test were then repeated after subjects implemented their different stretch protocols. Result and conclusion: Paired T-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe methods were used to analyze the data. The performance had a significant decrease in the SS group (p<.05). Nonetheless, the performance had a significant increase in the DS group and the SS+DS group (p<.05). After dynamic stretch and combined static-dynamic stretch protocols, the squat jump performance was better than SS group significantly (p<.05). After performed dynamic stretch and static stretch plus dynamic stretch protocol, the countermovement jump performance was better than other two stretch protocols significantly (p<.05). We concluded that the vertical performance decreased significantly after the static stretch protocol. We also concluded that those same performances increased significantly after the dynamic stretch protocol. |
