中文摘要 | 本試驗利用臺南區農業改良場所提供之120個水稻種原,利用土體栽培分別於幼苗期與分蘗盛期直接進行斷水乾旱處理,比較不同品系水稻之耐旱能力並進行兩時期耐旱能力的相關性分析。幼苗期階段以葉片捲曲至IRRI指數7所需天數為指標(days to IRRI index7 with soil culture;SDIR7),分蘗盛期則以乾旱處理後之最大耐受土壤水勢值(soil waterpotential;SWP)為指標。試驗結果顯示幼苗期階段各品系SDIR7天數有顯著差異,有趨近於常態分佈之趨勢。分蘗盛期階段對乾旱之耐受性也有明顯差異,顯示兩階段的篩選系統可以明顯區分不同水稻品系對乾旱之耐受能力。不過進一步分析顯示兩階段的耐旱能力並未呈現顯著相關性,顯示兩階段有不同之耐旱機制。另外,分析結果也顯示水稻株高與SDIR7呈現極顯著負相關,亦即株高較矮的品系在幼苗期階段有較佳之耐旱性,此結果值得深入探討。 |
英文摘要 | Total of 120 rice (Oryza sativa L.) lines provided from Tainan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station were used in this study. The main objectives of this study was established the screening system for drought stress at seedling and active tillering stage with soil culture in rice. At the seedling stage, SDIR7 (Days to IRRI index 7 with soil culture system) which based on the leaf wilting score was used as the indicator. The soil water potential (SWP) is as the indicator at the tillering stage while leaves completely wilting under drought stress. The drought tolerance index (SDIR7) at seedling stage and SWP at active tillering stage among all rice germplasms are both different significantly. However, the relationship for drought tolerance capacity has no significant difference between seedling and tillering stage. It suggested that rice plant may possess different mechanism against the drought stress at seedling and reproductive stage. In addition, it showed that the plant height is highly related to SDIR7. Further study is necessary to clarify the relationship and possible mechanism. |
