中文摘要 | 本研究目的是基於先前之基礎建設(如網路、視訊設備等),針對前來衛生所與縣立醫院看診民眾進行問卷發放,從中瞭解民眾對於使用遠距醫療的認知與滿意度做進一步之探究。方法:本研究之研究對象,為去當地縣立醫院與衛生所之病患,給予結構性的問卷施測,本研究問卷之設計以醫療學會(Institute of Medicine,IOM)之評估架構,將問卷區分為三大構面(「品質構面」、「可近性構面」、「接受度構面」)調查時間為六個月。結果:共計68份問卷回收,研究結果顯示出,以品質構面為主的議題,民眾平均滿意度為78.6%,代表民眾對於整體遠距醫療上的品質仍有一定之滿意程度;以可近性構面為主的議題,民眾平均滿意度為79.4%,表示民眾仍願意使用遠距設備來進行溝通且也願意再次使用遠距設備來進行醫療措施的治療;以接受度構面為主的議題,民眾平均滿意度為78.4%,也願意接受使用較少的時間與金錢來使用遠距設備,表示民眾對於遠距的接受度仍然是屬於願意接受族群。結論:本研究主要對馬祖地區各衛生所之遠距醫療應用計畫進行成效評估,分別針對遠距醫療的使用者進行評估,從本問卷結果來看,病人對於遠距醫療的評價都很很好,尤其是可以協助做正確判斷、降低臨床孤立、節省病患就醫交通時間、提升照護品質等皆持高度肯定。醫師態度採用遠距設備意願則仍採保留態度,未來有待政府研議相關獎勵制度,俾利我國遠距醫療之推行。 |
英文摘要 | Our research was based on prior infrastructure including a network and videoconference facility. It focused on patients attending Matsu County Hospital and health center and used a structured questionnaire to assess patient understanding of and satisfaction with telemedicine. Methods: Our questionnaire was modified from one created by the Institute of Medicine that evaluated patient satisfaction. This questionnaire assessed three factors: quality, accessibility and acceptance. The information was collected over a period of six months from May 2009 to October 2009. Results: A total of 68 questionnaires were collected. The research showed the following. In terms of quality, the average satisfaction rate was 78.6% indicating that most individuals were satisfied. When accessibility was assessed, the average satisfaction rate was 79.4% indicating that most people had access to telemedicine, thought that it brought benefits and were willing to use telemedicine facilities again. Finally, in terms of acceptance, the average satisfaction rate was 78.4% and most individuals believed that telemedicine produced benefits in terms of time and money. Conclusions: The questionnaire used in this study analyzed patient satisfaction with telemedicine. Most patients were satisfied with the system but some problems still remain as the utilization rate is relatively low. Furthermore, an investigation of physician attitudes showed that physicians rarely used facility at present because they were not familiar with the system. The government needs therefore in introduce a system of rewards that will encourage physicians to use the facility. |
