中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討真誠領導的測量模式以及真誠領導和心理資本、組織承諾、工作滿意、組織公民行為之間的潛在關聯。研究者採用問卷調查法,對南部地區1055名國小教師,進行真誠領導和心理資本、組織承諾、工作滿意與組織公民行為的自陳量表施測。問卷調查所得實證資料透過結構方程模式進行統計處理,分析結果顯示四構面二階的真誠領導測量模式契合觀察資料,且具有複核效度的穩定性。而且真誠領導和心理資本、組織承諾、工作滿意與組織公民行為之間具有顯著正向關聯。根據研究發現,研究者對真誠領導的應用以及未來研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this study were to develop a theory-based measure of authentic leadership, and explore potential association among authentic leadership, psychological capital, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. A sample of 1055 elementary school teachers from southern area completed self-report measures of authentic leadership, psychological capital, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The obtained data was analyzed by structural equation modeling. Results demonstrated the fit of one-first-order-factor and four-second-order-factor model for authentic leadership was acceptable, and there was significantly positive association among authentic leadership, psychological capital, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Based on these results, implication for application of authentic leadership and future research was discussed. |
