中文摘要 | 本研究將去鹼木質素(DAL)及木質素磺酸鹽(SL)於酚液體中以鹽酸為催化劑進行液化處理,所得酚液化木質素與福馬林在甲醛與自由酚莫耳比(F/P)0.7/1及0.8/1條件下合成Novolak型PF樹脂。由結果得知,酚液化木質素與福馬林混合後發生放熱反應,其中以酚液化DAL之反應性高於酚液化SL;將所得樹脂經乾燥、研磨成粉後具備熱熔融特性,此樹脂粉與木粉、四氮六甲基圜、硬酯酸鋅以重量比60:30:10:1均勻混合後以180℃熱壓10min可製作成型板;其中以酚液化DAL為基質之樹脂所製作成型板具備較佳之尺寸安定性、靜曲強度、內聚強度及熱抵抗性。兩種F/P莫耳比比較,採用莫耳比0.8/1所合成PF樹脂製作之成型板之靜曲強度及內聚強度優於採用莫耳比0.7/1者。 |
英文摘要 | Dealkaline lignin (DAL) and lignin sulfonate (SL) were liquefied in phenol with HCl as catalyst. Novolak-type PF resins were prepared from the phenol-liquefied lignin with the molar ratio of formaldehyde to free phenol at 0.7/1 and 0.8/1. The result shows that an exothermic reaction would occur when blended the phenol-liquefied lignin with formalin, and the phenol-liquefied DAL had higher reactivity than that of phenol-liquefied SL. After being dried and grinded, the resin powder had the behavior of thermal melting. Molding panels could be made by mixing resin powder with wood powder, hexamine, and zinc stearate with a weight ratio of 60:30:10:1 and hot-pressing at 180℃ for 10 min. Among which, molding panels made with phenol-liquefied DAL-based novolak resins had better dimensional stability, bending strength, internal bonding strength, and heat resistance. Comparison between the F/P molar ratios used in preparing resin, molding panels made with resins that prepared with the molar ratio of 0.8/1 had better bending strength and internal bonding strength than those with 0.7/1. |
