中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是從微觀政治學的觀點,以一所國小之足球運動作為學校特色課程發展為焦點,探討國小校長、教師和家長三方利害關係人對於此項學校特色課程發展方面,進行三方權力運作型態和策略探討。為了深入探究個案學校推動特色課程發展之微觀政治現象,本研究係採取質性研究法,藉由訪談和觀察的資料蒐集方式,經由對資料的分析與討論、探索反省與啟示。研究發現顯示:個案學校校長強勢主導發展以足球為特色課程,雖然成立足球體育班且獲得部分教師和家長的支持,但也受到教師會幹部和部分家長的質疑。最後,本研究建議學校應本於本位課程為基礎、透過行銷策略、及持續內部溝通以建立特色課程認同感;建議校長應顧及教師利益和專業需求下、漸進改革推動、並鼓勵教師積賞參與特色課程發展;建議教師多參與行政決策、減少不當政治行為、並強化教師會功能;建議學校與家長互動應擴大家長參與範圍、運用家長力量來鼓勵家長參與、及建立多元溝通管道。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze, from the micro-political perspective, the exercise of power and tactics conducted by the principal (including administrators), teachers, and parents in an elementary school in terms of developing school features related to curriculum development focusing on soccer. The study adopts the casestudy approach through interviews and participant observation as data collection methods. The research findings illustrate that the principal at the research site strongly dominate the introduction of curriculum development with school features, selecting soccer as the curriculum development of school features. In spite of some teachers and parents supporting the establishment of “soccer class”, most core members of school-based teacher association and many parents criticize such institution of “soccer class”. This research suggests the school should develop school features based on school-based curriculum planning, though marketing strategies, and continually internal communication. Additionally, this research suggests the principal encourage teachers to actively participate in featured curriculum development planning in terms of concerning teachers’ interests and evolutional change. Furthermore, this research suggests the teachers participate in decision- making, alter inappropriate political behavior and strengthen the function of school-based teachers’ association. Finally, this research suggests the school enlarge the spheres of parent participation, employ parents to encourage other parents involved in participation, and build up multiple communication channels between the school and parents. |
