中文摘要 | 目地:瞭解大專桌球乙組選手生涯發展與生涯阻隔之現況,同時探討不同背景之大專桌球乙組選手生涯發展與生涯阻隔之差異性,並探討大專院校桌球乙組選手生涯發展與生涯阻隔之間的相關性。 方法:研究對象為參與中華民國100年5月5~7日,於台中中興大學舉辦之全國大專校院運動會,乙組桌球比賽全國總決賽男、女各16隊選手共約360人,採用「大專桌球乙組選手生涯發展狀況調查問卷」為調查方式,總計發放問卷320份,回收並剔除無效問卷後計183份,回收率57%。資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、scheffe事後比較法、典型相關進行資料統計分析。 結果:一、生涯發展中,整體方面屬於低度發展情形,其中「生涯規劃」發展最佳,其次為「生涯定向」,「生涯探索」之發展則為最差。二、生涯阻隔中,整體方面確實有中度的阻礙,其中「意志薄弱」所知覺到的阻隔最高,其後依序為「方向選擇」、「學習狀況與困擾」、「猶豫行動」,而「未來發展掌握」所知覺到的阻礙則最低。三、不同性別方面:女生在「生涯定向」構面之發展顯著優於男生;公立學校學生在「生涯定向」、「生涯規劃」、「生涯探索」三構面皆顯著高於私立學校學生;不同年級方面:「生涯定向」構面方面,二、三年級學生皆高於研究所。「生涯規劃」構面方面:二、三年級學生皆高於研究所,且三年級學生高於四年級學生。四、女生在生涯阻隔之「學習狀況與困擾」、「猶豫行動」、「意志薄弱」,及「方向選擇」等構面所知覺到阻礙顯著高於男性;公立學校之學生在「未來發展掌握」構面所知覺到的阻礙高於私立學校之學生;在「學習狀況與困擾」構面上,研究所學生所知覺到的阻隔高於二年級學生,四年級學生所知覺到的阻隔高於三年級學生,在「未來發展掌握」構面上,一年級學生所知覺到的阻隔比研究所學生高。五、生涯定向與生涯規劃狀況越佳的大專桌球乙組選手,其所知覺到的未來發展掌握阻礙越高,其之間成正相關。 結論:大專乙組桌球選手與體育相關科系學生畢竟不同,因此所顯示的結果就有不同,再加上,金融海嘯之後,就業市場相當競爭,因此在整體的生涯發展不良,並有產生中度阻礙現象,學生甚至於越接近畢業(高年級)產生的生涯阻隔更高。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This study was to investigate students’ career development and career barriers among College’s Division II table tennis’ players. By discussing the differences among different demographic variables on students’ career development and career barriers among College’s Division II table tennis’ players, the relationship between career development and career barriers were discussed at the same time. Methods: The participants were the College’s Division II table tennis’ players who joined the National Intercollegiate Athletic Game held by Chung Hsing University 2011. 320 questionnaires were distributed, and 183 valid questionnaires were returned. Effective recovery rate to 57%. Data analysis was made by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and typical related model. Results: 1.In terms of career development, the overall situation was in a low degree, and the best score on "career planning", followed by "career direction", "career exploration" was the worst. 2.In terms of career barrier, the overall situation was in a medium degree, and the best score on "weak volition, followed by "direction choice", "learning situation and difficulties barrier", "hesitant movement barrier", and "control developed". 3. In terms of the dimension of "career direction" girls was significantly better than boys. Three dimensions of career development for public school students were significantly higher than private school students. In terms of the "career planning", the second and third grade students were higher than the Institute, and the third grade students were higher than the fourth grade students. 4. The dimension of "learning situation and difficulties barrier", "weak volition, "hesitant movement barrier" and "direction choice" were girls significantly higher than boys. The dimensions of "control developed" for public school students were significantly higher than private school students. In terms of the "learning situation and difficulties barrier", institute of students perceived barrier than sophomore, fourth-grade students perceived barrier than third-year students. In terms of the "control developed", institute of students perceived barrier than sophomore, fourth-grade students perceived barrier than third-year students first-year students perceived barrier to higher than graduate students. 5. Positive relationship was found on "career direction" 、"career planning" and "control developed". Conclusions: College’s Division II table tennis’ players are different from Departments of Physical Education students, so there are different results shown. After the financial tsunami, the job market were competitive, so the data shown were not good, and there have some phenomenon of medium obstruction. Even, students felt scared before graduation, and got higher career barrier. |
