中文摘要 | 經皮輸藥系統 (transderaml drug delivery system)為一種新穎、可取代傳統口服、皮下注射等的藥物傳遞方式。此外可以避免口服藥物因肝臟首渡效應造成的藥效流失,降低藥物劑量的使用,並且也減少皮下注射而造成感染的風險。藥物被製成貼劑使用在皮膚上,目前可以分為單層型 (single-layer drug-in-adhesive)、多層型 (multi-layer drug-in-adhesive)、藥池型 (drug reservoir)及高分子基質型 (drug matrix-inadhesive)等劑型,透過不同劑型的應用,使得經皮傳遞系統成為一種方便且有效率的給藥方式。近年來更有研究指出,搭配微針孔法 (microneedle)可以使疫苗直接穿透角質層傳遞到皮下,免受皮下之苦而達到最佳的治療效果。 |
英文摘要 | Transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) represents an attractive alternative to oral delivery of drugs and is poised to provide an alternative to hypodermic injection too. Furthermore, bypassing oral administration obviates first-pass metabolism in the liver and typically decreases the dosage required and hypodermic injection pose the risk of disease transmission by needle re-use. TDDS design involves the Single-layer Drug-in-Adhesive, Multi-layer Drug-in-Adhesive, Drug reservoir, and Drug Matrix-in-Adhesive. They can provide release for long periods of time (up to one week). Microneedles, transdermal vaccine delivery could improve immune responses by targeting delivery. |
