中文摘要 | 本研究旨在合成綠色無鹵難燃劑,將含磷基團DOPO接枝於氧化石墨烯表面(DOPOGO),此將改質DOPO-GO與環氧樹脂做成複合材料,利用X光電子能譜儀(XPS)、X光繞射儀(XRD)、能量散射光譜儀(EDS)、熱重分析儀(TGA)等儀器進行結構鑑定及熱性質分析。進一步經由TGA結果顯示DOPO-GO添加量增加,焦炭殘餘量從16.21wt.%(pure epoxy)增加至29.23 wt.%(Epoxy/10wt.% DOPO-GO),提升了80.3%,結果顯示顯示含磷的結構接枝於氧化石墨烯上確實可有效提升環氧樹脂複合材料之熱穩定性質。 |
英文摘要 | The main objective of this study is the synthesis of the green holgen-free flame retardant. 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene (DOPO) was covalently grafted to the surface of graphene oxide (GO), forming DOPO-GO. Furthermore, DOPO-GO was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The thermal stability of pure GO and DOPO-GO/epoxy composites was also analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). Results indicated the char residue increased from 16.21 wt.% (pure epoxy) to 29.23 wt.% (Epoxy/10wt.% DOPO-GO), showing a 80.3% of enhancement. Therefore, the DOPO-GO developed in this study possessed a signifi cant improvement on thermal stability. |
