中文摘要 | 本研究利用熱重分析儀探討聚丙烯醯胺的熱裂化行為,實驗以四種不同加熱速率, 5,10,20 和 40 ℃ /min 在 100 到 900 ℃溫度範圍內在氮氣下操作,實驗結果顯示,聚 丙烯醯胺為兩階段的熱裂化行為,本文利用兩種不同熱重分析法加以解析熱重分析與微分熱 重分析對溫度的關係,計算熱裂化反應級數、活化能與碰撞因子等反應動力參數。實驗結果 發現,以不同解析法所求的活化能,其差異性不大、聚丙烯醯胺的第一階段與第二階段的熱 裂解皆為一次反應,活化能分別為 3.28kcal/mole 與 45.6kcal/mole。 |
英文摘要 | The thermal degradation of polyacrylamide has been studied by using thermogravimetry. The experimentals were carried out over the temperature range of 100 -900 ℃ at four heating rates of 5, 10, 20, and 40 ℃ /min and in a nitrogen atmosphere. The results indicated that the entire process of polyacryiamide under the experimental conditions of this investigation consists of two distinctive pyrolysis stages. Two methods of thermogravimetric analysis were used in case of polyacrylamide thermal degradation. The reaction order, the activation energy and the preexponential factor were evaluated from common thermogravimetric and differential thermogravimetric curves experimentally obtained. The reaction was found under this experimental condition to be of first order with activation energy of 32.8 kcal/mole in the first degradation stage and first order with activation energy of 45.6 kcal/mole in the second degradation stage, respectively. There were slight difference in activation energy depending on the analytical method. |
